The dresser has been fully refinished with care to preserve its original character while ensuring long-term durability. All exterior surfaces were stripped to bare wood, veneer repairs were completed where needed, and the piece was sealed in a durable gloss lacquer to enhance and protect the natural walnut grain. The original brass hardware was polished, each drawer was fully reconditioned, and the drawer rails were cleaned and waxed to ensure smooth operation.
