Lane Brutalist MCM Dresser / Credenza
This 1974 Lane Brutalist walnut 9-drawer credenza has been thoughtfully restored to highlight its bold architectural form and rich natural grain while giving it a modern, refined presence.
The piece was fully sanded and re-stained, with veneer corrected where needed to ensure a clean, cohesive finish throughout. The original base was removed and replaced with modern flat black steel legs, visually lightening the profile while preserving the strength and character of the Brutalist design. It is finished in a lacquered gloss that adds depth, durability, and a subtle sheen.
All metal drawer slides have been oiled for smooth, effortless gliding. With its generous storage and timeless proportions, this piece works beautifully as a credenza, dresser, or media console.
A true mid-century statement, restored to last for decades.
