Limited Edition Mahogany MCM Credenza/Buffet by Weiman Heirloom Furniture
This elegant Mid-Century Modern Weiman buffet blends classic craftsmanship with refined detailing, offering a warm yet striking presence. Crafted with a solid mahogany frame and accented by a walnut inlay top, the piece showcases rich wood tones paired with beautifully woven cane sliding doors—adding texture, depth, and contrast to the deep espresso finish.
The long, balanced silhouette creates a timeless profile, while the cane-front cabinet doors soften the bold geometry of the form. Original stainless steel bowtie pulls and stretcher rails were refinished in gold and sealed in lacquer, bringing a subtle glow and elevated sophistication to the design. Seven drawers and a spacious sliding cabinet provide generous, functional storage, making this piece as practical as it is visually compelling.
Fully restored in our studio, the buffet was sanded completely to bare wood, expertly stained and toned, and sealed in a durable satin lacquer finish. All drawers have been carefully conditioned inside and out, with waxed rails to ensure smooth, effortless function. A versatile statement piece that works beautifully as a buffet, credenza, media console, or dresser—classic mid-century character thoughtfully reimagined.
